"After the initial enquiry, Mark contacted me to discuss what we were looking at building, I sent though the plans, photos and dimensions, which was enough information for him to provide a quote proposal for a attached gable patio, initially with a iron roof and then we requested a cost to upgraded it to a insulated panel roofing, which is what we ultimately went with.
Mark provided the associated documents for the building permit, once the permit was approved we ordered the kit, on ordering Mick called me to go over the order and confirm colours, post length's, etc, once confirmed the kit was delivered in around 3 weeks.
Mark and Mick were very good to deal with and nothing was a problem, we did have a couple of beams damaged in transport, however once I informed Mark of the damaged beams, he organised replacements in timely manner.
