"From the first phone call we found the design and information very easy to follow. To ensure everything was going to fit and work to our block I arrange for Scott to attend which ended up being a very good decision. He provided an alternative plan which suited us better. We then organized for a smart start installation which took all of the difficult work our of the design be ensuring the posts and perimeter beams were located in the exact position they needed to be.
