At 15 metres by 7.5 metres, it provides great versatility year-round: whether for large family gatherings, teenage hangouts, enjoying a game of table tennis, or simply having a coffee or meal while watching the sunrise or sunset. The Smartkits team was fantastic to work with—thorough, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Our custom kit allowed us to incorporate an L-shaped roof to maintain our kitchen window’s view of the sky. The detailed draft plans and 3D images provided during the design phase made it easy to visualise the final result, especially since we wanted the roof to fall back to the house to allow winter sunlight to stream into our home. The variety of Colorbond colours made it simple to choose a scheme that complemented our 20+ year-old home.
