They new all the local regulations and facilitated me working with their building surveyor to meet council restrictions. When I needed to change some dimensions part-way through construction (due to unforeseen complications), they produced new drawings, and engineering calculations for me in a very short time. I even had the added complication of doing two installs at once, for both a patio and carport. The made the process so simple and flexible. All the steelwork and fittings were top quality, and enough spares were given to have flexibility. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat!
